    open file allods2.cfg in notepad.
    find this section (2nd from the top)

    Code:
    // Scrolling speed (percentage of max speed); 0% = 1 second
// :: 0 - 100
g_scrollspeed   100
    and change 100 to 97.
    save.
    done.
