We don't bother suits too. but this is the culture here not to bother. We also speak directly to CEOs of companies here and having small talk as part of the culture. Most high tech workers here dont really wear suits and i actually see AI developers in my company going inside with flip flops and shorts like they are at the beach. This is in Tel Aviv however
