Recently I'm going through all easy maps (not the EQ ones, which I'll do later) to try better understanding the clearing time for each and so far these are some things I noticed: - MOBS: There should be only Lvl 1 mobs on them, especially if you want new entry players to not instantly logoff when killed by Lvl 2 mobs, especially bats. All Lvl 1 mobs are totally fine and it's normal being killed by Lv1 Ogres/Trolls, like it was in the campaign. You just need a slightly better gear but then even those gets manageable. - TIMING (needed to fully clear each type of map size on average, at least in mithril gear): 64x64 = 01:00h is perfect (e.g. Fantastic World v1.0 cleared in a tranquil pace) 128x128 = 01:30h Min/02:00h Max (e.g. Rivers v1.2 = cleared half in 00:40h) 192x192 = 04:00h Min/04:00h Max (e.g. Empire Border v1.3 = cleared only 1/4 in 01:00h in both 2 attempts) 240x240 = 04:30h Min/05:00h Max (e.g. WTTS Desert v2.3 = cleared only 1/5 in 01:00h) NOTE: If you can remove all the Lvl 2 mobs, the average time is likely to drop a lot more for each, something which I'm interested in testing again, especially since I haven't covered all easy maps yet.
