So I started doing mail runs on Autumn, and when i select 750k xp as a reward and I look at my total XP which is around 36m I only get around 150k XP and not the whole 750k. Why is that?
It was always like that, you never get full xp reward. First of all u get full amount of exp if you mind is high enough, to get 100% of exp u might have 100 mind. Second exp separates to every skill and for not main skill there is also penalty which reduces receiving xp. So, if you mind is 50, you will receive only 50% exp and skills which are not main, they receive penalty and you have only ~20-25% of total exp.
